Bertt 0 #6 January 25, 2013 One man's capitalization is another man's wasted keystroke. But really, the guy in Missouri and now this? I can't believe people that stupid can feed themselves. And the masterful way Karl Rove conned Republican supporters into giving him $100 million instead of actually using that money to support Republican candidates. The only thing that makes sense is that these are all Democrats who are trying to make Republicans look stupid. But if it's working, then maybe Republicans are .... nawww, they couldn't be .... could they? You don't have to outrun the bear.
billvon 3,132 #7 January 25, 2013 Darn tootin'! It's time people stopped coddling criminals and giving doctors ways to protect murderous, raping thugs. Some other changes coming along: The Violent Objects Evidence Act. If you come into an ER with a knife in your back, or a bullet in your brain, don't expect a liberal doctor to help out your attacker by removing it. It will stay there while you are kept comfortable until a speedy trial can be held, allowing the prosecution to use the actual weapon, in the place it was used, to make his case. The Victim Stasis Act. No more will assault victims be allowed to shower after an attack; the evidence of their blood will remain there, rather than be washed away by a limp-wristed liberal to aid a criminal by literally "washing away" the evidence of their actions. Armed guards will ensure no hygiene takes place until after the trial. The Poisoning Anti-Elimination Act. If you are poisoned, and the poison is eliminated through natural peristalsis, the evidence is gone. So . . . you get the picture. 'Nuff said.

She's got the logic all ass-backwards. If you abort the kid immediately then you'll have all the genetic material for analysis immediately instead of having to wait for up to 9 months to get it.Your rights end where my feelings begin. freethefly 6 #9 January 25, 2013 The way I read it, the law would not prevent the woman who was raped from getting an abortion on her own free will but, place an additional charge on the rapist for forcing her to do so in order to destroy evidence."...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." kawisixer01 0 #10 January 25, 2013 Wow did any of you really take the time to fully read up on this? The bill is one written to make it illegal for someone to force or try to coerce a victim to get an abortion. Such as if a women was in an incest situation if daddy forced her or attempted to coerce into an abortion to remove evidence of the attack he would face an additional charge. The intention of the law was not anything like you are stating. It's similar to a witness intimidation charge. But hey it's a good way to try and yet again sensationalize something beyond it's intent right?
davjohns 1 #11 January 25, 2013 I read the bill. It clearly said that the intent must be to destroy evidence of a crime. I think it could have had something in there saying that it would not be construed as criminalizing the rape victim's decision to abort the child for personal reasons. But otherwise, it attempted to put more criminal sanctions on rapists. The statements that it makes rape victims criminals and incubators for the state were just blatant lies. So, a law designed to help rape victims might not make it because someone had a poltical axe to grind. Great.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

Faux Spews is not a site that any intelligent person refers to a a "news site" or as a source for verifiable, factual information. Much like Lush Rimjob, the information presented there is entertainment for the intellectually challenged. In no way, shape, or form is Faux Spews a valid source of factual information. Quite the opposite.
