One man's capitalization is another man's wasted keystroke. But really, the guy in Missouri and now this? I can't believe people that stupid can feed themselves. And the masterful way Karl Rove conned Republican supporters into giving him $100 million instead of actually using that money to support Republican candidates. Darn tootin'! It's time people stopped coddling criminals and giving doctors ways to protect murderous, raping thugs.

Some other changes coming along:

The Violent Objects Evidence Act. If you come into an ER with a knife in your back, or a bullet in your brain, don't expect a liberal doctor to help out your attacker by removing it. It will stay there while you are kept comfortable until a speedy trial can be held, allowing the prosecution to use the actual weapon, in the place it was used, to make his case.

The Poisoning Anti-Elimination Act. If you are poisoned, and the poison is eliminated through natural peristalsis, the evidence is gone. So . . . you get the picture. 'Nuff said.

She's got the logic all ass-backwards. If you abort the kid immediately then you'll have all the genetic material for analysis immediately instead of having to wait for up to 9 months to get it.

The way I read it, the law would not prevent the woman who was raped from getting an abortion on her own free will but, place an additional charge on the rapist for forcing her to do so in order to destroy evidence.

Wow did any of you really take the time to fully read up on this? The bill is one written to make it illegal for someone to force or try to coerce a victim to get an abortion. Such as if a women was in an incest situation if daddy forced her or attempted to coerce into an abortion to remove evidence of the attack he would face an additional charge. The intention of the law was not anything like you are stating. It's similar to a witness intimidation charge. But hey it's a good way to try and yet again sensationalize something beyond it's intent right?

I read the bill. It clearly said that the intent must be to destroy evidence of a crime. I think it could have had something in there saying that it would not be construed as criminalizing the rape victim's decision to abort the child for personal reasons. But otherwise, it attempted to put more criminal sanctions on rapists.

The statements that it makes rape victims criminals and incubators for the state were just blatant lies. So, a law designed to help rape victims might not make it because someone had a poltical axe to grind. Great.
