OHCHUTE 0 #4 January 15, 2013 QuoteIn the legal community this is big news! How? Just listen. OH I got it. Let the other Justices do all the work by asking pertainent questions so that you can listen to answers. Seems pretty disengaged to me. Is he sleeping during the process. I presume if no one asked any questions there'd be no need to meet. Just have argument submitted to court for answer. He has no argument that just listening is the answer as there'd be no answers if no one asked questions. Pretty dumb argument about his way of participating. I wonder now how good his arguments are in deciding actually cases after he has listened to answers from questions provided by other justices?
davjohns 1 #5 January 15, 2013 There was a Boston Legal episode where it was one of the jokes. Alan gave up trying to play by the rules and honored Denny's request that he incite Thomas to speak. Alan got him to start and say, "Hey". It was chalked up as a victory for that alone.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
