If teachers were allowed to carry guns a teacher could have drawn, fired and ended the threat before another massacre began. Problem solved.

If the teacher was armed then the kid wouldn't have had to take the gun in to school in the first place. Just kidding, I think arming school teachers to stop mental cases on a murder spree has to be one of the most stupid proposals I've heard in a long time. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. OHCHUTE 0 #7 December 20, 2012 fa·ce·tious /fəˈsēSHəs/ Adjective Treating serious issues with deliberately inappropriate humor; flippant. Readers must be aware of posters being facetious. They don't really mean it, they're just being flipant to prove a point. i.e. Arming all the kids to end violence for instance. Personally I think they should round up all the single mothers who own AR's when they have idiot kids in the house. Buying guns to"connect with kids" or get kids off the computer and out to the range to socialize with more people is OUTRIGHT STUPID. Ms Lanza is absent any recognition for being a victim.... as SHE WAS THE REASON; not any gun. Most directly connected to the tradegy are blaiming her. What if you are a teacher, newly allowed to carry your gun in the classroom? Do nothing and nothing happens, you are probably ok. Do nothing, kid shoots another kid. You probably get sued for doing nothing. Draw, create chaos, no shots are fired, you probably get fired by the school board after parent complaints. Draw, kid shoots another kid, you shoot the kid. Now you probably get sued by both sets of parents. Etc Somehow this is the answer?
