Now, bill, you are an engineer who works on batteries and thus you have a pecuniary interest in this. Which I totally get and understand. This is also why politics and science are inseparable in AGW. AGW is an entire subeconomy with politics choosing winners and losers.

If you have a cordless tool odds are it has either A123 batteries in it or it has batteries that use A123's technology. And that came partly from government funding that started long before Obama was in office.
