Rush Limbaugh is apoplectic that Christie complimented Obama for his response to the Sandy disaster, calling Christie "fat and a fool".

IMO, it sounds to me like Limbaugh was describing himself.

Both of those guys are too obese to be considered fat. Neither is a fool. Limbaugh just knows how to exploit ditto heads. He's an entertainer, and he knows his audience very very well. I don't agree in total with Christie, but I do agree with how he handles people asking off-topic questions in his public meetings (slam!). He is a Red guy in a Blue state, and does well to be seen cooperating, especially when his constituents need help.

Here’s why I like Christie – there seems to be NO pretense about the guy. He doesn’t have a filter but in a different way than Biden.

Christie seems to be a guy who actually takes his job more seriously than he takes himself. When he said he couldn’t care less about presidential election politics right now (he actually made the “could care less” mistake) I believed him. He’s got a job and he’s getting help from the President and he appreciates it.

It's those on the right that want him politicking that don't like it. Hence I like Christie. Fuck them. He's speakign his mind.

If he gets the fed to pay for everything he says, "look I can work with both sides to get things done." If the feds don't pay, he says " if I were president I would have taken care of you." Either way its a foot hold for his 2016 bid for president.
