The DOD did not pass that information on to the Obama Administration till after the attack.... The Bush Administration.. and Condi had the intel days before.... and did nothing. There is a difference after all

Obama screws up - 4 US citizens dead in a high risk foreign country. ~100 terrorists killed.

Bush screws up - 2977 dead in Manhattan. 19 terrorists dead. (And it took Obama to kill the guy who planned it.)

Given a choice I'll take the Obama screwups any day.
