killler 2 #1 October 23, 2012 Just wonder what election day will bring to the streets of America ??? Been watching elections since Nixon won... And Never have seen people so wild about the outcome... We seem to be heading down the road to being a 3rd world country were everyone claims they were robbed.... The news is not even " NEWS " anymore.... Watch/listen to three stations and get three different stories .... Hell.... They even have their own FACTS... Killler....
kelpdiver 2 #2 October 23, 2012 the only election that was anything but routine on the day after was 2000, for the obvious reason that the outcome was unknown due to the dead heat in Florida. This year will be no different...it's unlikely to see a repeat of that. Not impossible, but just improbable.
Gravitymaster 0 #3 October 23, 2012 Where is the option of, Obama loses and the Obama Drones start a race riot like they have been threatening to do?

quade 4 #6 October 23, 2012 I voted both win and it's fine. People make all sorts of wild assed claims before the elections like, "if ____ wins I'm moving to Canada" or "if _____ wins it will be the end of the world" but the reality is the country is stronger than that and the people who make such claims usually turn out to be liars or wrong or both. If Obama wins...taxes will maybe go up for some incredibly wealthy folks who have not given their fair share considering the costs of war and whatnot. Other than that, it's anybody's -guess- as to what the future actually holds. It certainly won't be the end of the world and there will not be massive civil unrest...that's pretty much just fantasy.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
Anvilbrother 0 #7 October 23, 2012 I used to agree, and have been unhappy after some elections, but never scared of the outcome. I actually fear for my family's physical, and monetary safety if Obama is elected again. I believe he has been holding back his entitlements, agenda, and true direction for this country until then when he has nothing to lose. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. wmw999 2,589 #8 October 24, 2012 An awful lot of people said that before the 2008 election. None of it happened. I doubt anything awful will happen coming directly form Obama if he wins in 2012 either. someone's reaction might be over hte top, but frankly, Obama's a smart man, who probably reallly doesn't want to wreck the country for the heck of it. In fear is a lousy way to live your life. Wendy P.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

There is virtually no doubt that the FICA tax will be restored to 6.2%. It also seems likely that some of the Bush tax cuts will expire, and not just for this magical 200/250k barrier. BTW, everyone should be paying the costs of war.
