BIGUN 1,434 #26 October 23, 2012 Quote He says the president can create 12 million jobs but says the government can't create jobs. OK. But this is a point that needs a layer or two peeled back. Are we talking public or private sector jobs. Big Difference. The President can create 12 million new jobs with the stroke of a pen... but creating 12 million new jobs using an existing tax base is just moving tax money around, not creating any new private sector jobs which derive new monies for which to create new revenue through taxes.Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. devildog 0 #27 October 24, 2012 Pugil sticks, a USMC favorite, is nothing but rifle/bayonet training. I never wanted to be in a situation where I heard, "fix bayonets" but it was there. I know there was at least 1 instance in Iraq where a large group was ordered to fix and charge, and before that, I think it was back in the Falkland war where a Brit platoon was given the order to charge (after running out of ammo) with bayonets fixed. I'd have to ask my cousin the details of that last one since he did some joint work with the sgt major (I think) that was there at the time. You stop breathing for a few minutes and everyone jumps to conclusions. Can you name another politician who has reversed himself (or herself) on as many issues as Romney has, with examples of the reversals? Even his own campaign staff came up with the Etch a Sketch metaphor, and said that fact checking would play no part in his campaign....
