This is not surprising at all. I work with government employees daily, while some are good there are enough bad ones to ruin the perception of all government employees.

There is no accountabililty. If they had a real job they would be fired. If they were to try and find a real job they would quickly learn that their skill set is worth much less than what they are being paid.

Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together. I vote for Chicago where they have strict gun laws.
