Yeah, it's great, that's why a whole private healthcare sector has grown up in the UK in the last 10 years. You know to handle all the frustrated overflow from a bogged down system that doesn't work anymore.

Sounds like a good thing to have real competition. Here in the U.S. the private industry has no competition.
