Hospital privileges require admitting at least 10 Pt's a year, at a family planning clinic, it's never gonna happen. Clothes hanger sales should start to pick up. I wonder whether other medical service providers, say someone that does root canals, is required to have admitting privileges to practice.
DiverMike 5 #10 July 11, 2012 Although I completely disagree with their intent to prevent abortions, I am in favor of states rights over federal. I also wonder about the other medical service providers. If this is truly to make sure the lovely people in their state are getting good health care, then doctors performing root canals, or wart removal, or any other surgical procedure shoud be required to have admitting priveleges. I doubt that is the case. For the same reason I jump off a perfectly good diving board.

Andrewwhyte 1 #12 July 11, 2012 It is not a matter of states rights over federal. It is one of states rights over individual citizens' rights.
