Why should I believe the author of the article when she wrote. "Some of these taxes—such as the 2.3 percent excise tax on the sale of medical devices—could be passed along to consumers." Taxes are always passed along to consumers. Maybe not at first, but they will catch up in the p/l planning in future years. The author is an idiot and has probably never wrote a paycheck. matthewcline 0 #3 July 4, 2012 Does the total of all the Taxes/Fees/Mandates equal this "largest in history" number? I read the document in 2010, and am re-reading it again, it has a lot of the usual hidden BS, spun by both sides for their advantage, the law does seem to have a lot of things I think (imo) are not Health Care related, but is the politicians normal mode of operation.
