Which is weird, because one of the most common justifications for making marijuana legal is that, unlike alcohol, it doesn't promote violence.

My guess is there's something more to the case than meets the eye.

They change the "recipes" for some of these drugs so fast, in an effort to skirt the law, that it's quite possible he had some chemical in his system that there was no test for.
