This just in. Not only is Obama responsible for the recession, illegal immigration, the war in Afghanistan, global warming, bad breath and yappy dogs, he apparently is now responsible for the Colorado wildfires. And why is he responsible? Because he's not spending enough.

This from Michelle Malkin, the award-winning GOP pundit responsible for such gems as defending US imprisonment of Japanese during WWII, claiming Kerry shot himself to get a purple heart and running a website that called the mother of a dead US soldier a whore.

Of course Malkin doesn't represent the entire GOP.

On the other hand, I expect you to voice your disapproval next time a conservative poster writes something like, "Liberals want to..." while citing a single opinion piece. It happens all the time, and you know it.

?? Who said entirety? She's a GOP pundit; she writes for (and is well paid by) a conservative magazine and is a frequent GOP contributor on FOX News. She has written three conservative books attacking liberals. Anyone who claims that she's not speaking from a GOP perspective is blind.

The GOP (Malkin, Boehner, Romney, Limbaugh, McCain, Palin, etc etc) is still hurting from association with the last administration. Rather than be part of the solution, their response has been to blame Obama for everything. This is yet another example of that.

The fires started because Obama is/was a closet smoker. If he hadn't set the bad example with hiding fire then the Colorado mess would never have happened.
