lawrocket 3 #1 June 8, 2012 NASA found massive algae blooms under the ice. They've never seen it before. Therefore, it is described as ""a new consequence of the Arctic's warming climate." http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/326254 Turns out they've either never looked for it before or never had the technology to find it before. "We embarked on ICESCAPE to validate our satellite ocean-observing data in an area of the Earth that is very difficult to get to. We wound up making a discovery that hopefully will help researchers and resource managers better understand the Arctic." It's too dark for algae to grow. No light gets through there. To prove the algae growth, they took a video that had no artificial lighting that showed how much algae is there. Am I the only one who is fed up with this sort of absolutely unjustifiable conclusiveness? "This stuff may have been thriving under the ice for eons, but we've never seen it" is a pretty good explanation. Good thing that Sample #15415 was discovered in 1971 - before global warming. It was something never seen before where they found it, and was like finding a rain forest in the Sahara. EVERY TIME something new is discovered, it's always, "GLOBAL WARMING!" Never is it, "This could have been going on for a long time. Kinda neat it took us so long to learn about this. Shows how much stuff is out there that we have no idea about. I wish we had some data for the last 100 years so we could see the trend." My wife is hotter than your wife.

They only last for an instant but it is a Holy Instant. Let your soul absorb them.

WOW, that is one hell of a sarcastic point that is incredibly sharp!
