quade 4 #2 June 1, 2012 I'd feel sympathy, but the Anaheim PD is funded almost entirely through the city bed tax on hotels (unless this has changed recently, but I doubt it), because of that, it's also one of the best funded PDs in the entire country because the city residents rarely put up a fight on increases those taxes.
