Anyhow, she should be fired, regardless of the fact that he is 18, because there should be a strict zero tolerance rule against teachers having relationships with students prior to college. And if I was a college president, I might have the same rule regarding undergrads, too. As an aside, the kid might have violated new york's gambling statutes.
