The SS is not knowing for being strictly literal. Any reference to the President and "shot" or "chop heads off" in the same ballpark is going to get a strident response, esp right after they got embarrassed by a demonstration of poor work ethic in Columbia.

We have no record of a celebrity doing the same for Bush, so we can't conclude that the SS or the media play favorites.
