I don't understand laws that attempt to make things equal. Things must be evaluated on an individual basis. If a man and woman of equal ability, education and experience are doing the same job and paid differently, someone needs to sue and lay it out. If two people of opposite sex are paid differently, there is hardly evidence of a problem. All of these studies claiming the sexes are compensated disparately fail to address the 'why'. That part is crucial to the argument...and conspicuously absent. People of different political persuasions are quick to supply their idea of the answer. That's hardly a good way to make a decision. It becomes circular logic almost immediately.

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
