Pelosi was by far the most effective SOTH when it comes to getting legislation through the house, in furtherance of the goals of her political party. Due to the gross abuse of the Senate Rules, the rescumlicans managed to pervert the system into requiring a SIXTY vote majority to pass a bill though the Senate. THis is historically unprecendented and will be a subject for future historians to ponder.

The hope and change that was promised by Obama should have, and would have, been delivered if it wasn't for the gross abuse by the Rescumlicans in the Senate. That led to the ill informed electorate voting in complete morons that have continued their destructive ways in boththe House and the Senate. The voters have caught on, so this election cycle, and the next one, should lead to a house cleaning of the useless scumbags, to a great extent.
