Butters 0 #1 March 19, 2012 I took two things away from this story. Neither are new ... 1] The government engages in illegal activities without repercussions. 2] The government is hypocritical regarding hallucinogens."That looks dangerous." Shotgun 1 #4 March 19, 2012 That story is disturbing. And, while I don't usually laugh at other people's misfortunes.... I really couldn't help it with the Bureau of Narcotics "tough guy" who died from cirrhosis of the liver. Guess while he was out busting other people for using illegal hard drugs, he was knocking back a little too much of his favorite legal one.

Guess while he was out busting other people for using illegal hard drugs, he was knocking back a little too much of his favorite legal one. I had trouble laughing considering his diary entry about how he slipped acid to unsuspecting civilians at local beaches, and in city bars and restaurants along with his letter ... Shotgun 1 #6 March 19, 2012 QuoteI had trouble laughing considering his diary entry about how he slipped acid to unsuspecting civilians . . . And then he, himself, was killed by a drug. That was the funny part. He sounded like a pretty nasty person, as well as a hypocrite.

Some of his research was funded by the USG. If you want some straight info, his name is Stephen Groff, MD. He usually jumps at Skydive City.
