They just informed me that January was the last month where they were going to allow refinancing or restructuring of loans and indicated that if I wished to refinance I would have to utilize another bank. I've given this a bit of thought, I use to think I only hated Embassy workers? But I've added bank CEO to my list of people who I would not help out if they were getting gang raped in an alley way! I may shoot a video, maybe tip the people raping the SOB....hell even put my boot ont he SOB's neck and kick out a few teeth...but help.....I think not!Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. shah269 0 #5 February 14, 2012 Oh no I liked them when I worked "with them" to secure my 401k and their help in assisting me in utilizing various transactions agreements such as checks and debit cards to access my own money. Now, well....when they are being bullies....let me put it this way...I may not rape them...but where that broom handle goes is well beyond me! Do WASPY CEO's squeel like a pig when they get sodimized via broom handles? And how loud do they squeel? Do you think they beg for their momey or for their money? But how do you like them apples! Yeah sure the feds say "get yo fuquing shit together assholes!" And what do they do? They change their internal rules and regulations. I was working on attempting to refinance since December. shah269 0 #7 February 15, 2012 NJ is very pro Big Bank....I'm talking to the above but what I'm getting is that they can and will go after my income and I will get taxed on the losses. So it's a nice gang bang between the state and the Big Banks. It is what it is.....maybe that's why Xanax is selling off the shelves lateley. Many in my position have only one way out....drug themselves silly and sleep it off untill things get better. Also in effect this means that the banks have you hostage. There is no way no how any other bank will touch an underwater property unless you bing huge sums fo money to the table. So in effect they are holding you hostage to your home.............a home you may no longer want or be able to aford. in my case i no longer want it. So.........................pass me the drugs.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. shah269 0 #8 February 17, 2012 Talked to a few other friends. Well here is the deal if your bank wasn't called out by the attorney generals they went into save their asses mode and are no longer refinancing. Why should they make any less money just because the interest rates have hit the floor! They fucked you over with the bubble, and the various charges and now you, if you so happen to live in a pro big business state, are F-U-C-K-E-D If you were lucky enough not to have fallen into the stupid trap that a good, last I checked 50 million Americans were in, consider yourself lucky. All i know is i'm never ever buying a home ever again and if i happen to walk past and see a banks CEO being sodomized I will stop, whip out my cell phone and shoot a very nice video and maybe take a nice piss on his face just so he knows how the rest of us feel.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. DougH 270 #9 February 17, 2012 You bought in during the bubble, that makes you part of the problem. Damn dickhead banks for holding you at gun point and forcing you to do a 80/20 no cash down transaction! BTW this is the 1000th post you made that scapgoated the banks instead of taking some personal responsibility for your own mess. Raping bankers, get a grip Shah. shah269 0 #10 February 17, 2012 Quote Raping bankers, get a grip Shah. Oh no they better. Soon or later someone is going to get a grip on them and fuck them up the ass until they die or well...kill themselves. Look for the past 3 months I've been doing my due diligence much like many hard working Americans to refinance my condo to a new and lower rate (I'm at 7% now) I paid for my appraisal and I paid for various other things....but guess what...as of 2-1-12....man banks including my own have decided to no longer allow refinance for they will no longer issue new mortgages. Basically they just told the federal government and hard working Americans to go fuck themselves. And thus I have a dream.....that one day I'll be walking in NYC and I'll hear a white guy....because they are mostly all WASPY FUCKS....screaming in pain from an alleyway...and I'll stick my head in to help but see the CEO of my bank pants down to his ankles being gang raped. And I'll do on to others as was done to me, I'll unzip and take a nice long piss on his face while recording the action on my cell phone camera! Not saying I hate the fuckers but sure as shit I'm not going to help them. After all that was what TARP was for? And well how did they repay us? Oh yeah! They threw US over a barrel and fucked us. Hey that's a good dream, because if it was me? I would line them all up and force them to watch as I first hung their kids one at a time Persian style...you know throw the noose around their necks and slowly lift not this humane shit about snapping their neck quickly it's good to see them shake their feet and shake before they die....yeah first the kids...make the fuckers watch....then their wife and mistress...make the fucker watch and at the end....him......and then move on to the next ceo and then the next ceo an then the next ceo. I'm sure once you had hung about 5 families and leave them hanging on wallstreet to rott while the crows eat their flesh these fuckers will realize where their money comes from.....my fucking wallet! Now I'm not a violent individual but I am pissed. And before you say a fucking word....ask your self this...where is Madoff? Did he pay for all of the money he stole? NOPE! He is going to live a long life! And how about his kids who got all the great benefits of all the money he took? Yeah they are going to live great lives as well. rushmc 23 #11 February 17, 2012 I find it sad that you think what Madoff did is comparable to bankers, who were pressured into giving loans to people who could not afford them, because of government pressure/threat. Were you forced into signing your loan papers? Were you mislead regarding amount of your payment? If not, the pound of flesh should come from you"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." normiss 867 #12 February 17, 2012 I bought an awesome home. Less than value. Amazing rate. We've already made some upgrades and are starting another re-model. I need to build a cover for the RV pad though. Maybe I should get a loan.
shah269 0 #13 February 17, 2012 Quotethe pound of flesh should come from you I'm paying my pound of flesh as we speak, paid for my home appraisal...woo hoo $20kloss per year for the past 5 years, paid for the various bank fees...oh that was fun! Now I want to collect my pound of flesh. Here is how it works, there are good guys and there are bad guys. Good guys work hard and make their payments...AKA me and all my other friends. The bad guy is the fucker who will do whatever is needed be it unethical or illegal to make the most amount of money possible.....let's call them the banks. I along with many of my friends wished to refinance at a lower rate. The Federal government was even fighting for us.....but the banks that were not part of the judgment said "Yeah go fuck yourself." So if i happen to be so lucky to be walking by while a WASPY CEO FUCK is being gang raped in a alley way...well....let's just call him lucky. I would do much much worse to not only him but his entire blood line if i were king of the world for the day. Hang their family up, every single bit of their blood line hanging from lamp posts along wall street.....make examples of 10 of the top families. Provide them a gentle reminder as to where their income comes from...my wallet. And my wallet can and will hang them. Not like the federal government is going to do shit! Hu...maybe this is how the French Revolution started.... Let us eat cake? How about we take your fucking head off fuck! But let us start with your kids first....and make you watch....then your wife...and your mistress.....and in the end...only after you have had a week to sit and think about what you have done and who you have hurt....we will put you out of your pain and take off your head.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. rushmc 23 #14 February 17, 2012 Again I will ask Were you somehow forced to sign the loan docs? and Were you lied to about the payment size? And new questions What pound of flesh are you owed? Did you ask for the refi? or Did the bank come to you and ask/force you to look at a refi What unethical actions happened during your experience? Please be specific and agian If you say NO to these, the person in the miror is who you need to blame It is called being responsible for ones actions Please know this I do not wish this to happen to anyone, including you Life is not fair I have gotten burt Did the francise have something to do with it? I approached them, they thought it was a very good idea...I put up $500 and well after the feds made their call...the bank said fuck off... Now I like many Americans are sharpening our knives! We paid out TARP we paid out our pound of flesh and now it's time to collect! For I'm being held hostage by my own bank. Their answer to me was "we no longer refinance but feel free to reach out to another banking institution." YO YOU DUMB FUCK! I’m underwater $100k on a $300k loan! Who the fuck other than the originator of the loan would refi this shit? I'm sorry...you hold me hostage....you cause terror....if you cause terror you are thus a terrorists. Now we can water board you....or well....we can start hanging your kids, then your wife and your mistress and then you in front of all of your peers? Hum.....I vote for ending the blood line! You see, you answered the questions No go look in the mirror and think, real hard I think you know who is at fault Admitting it is the first step to not doing it again As for TARP That was political favor money under the guise of something noble Some of us pointed that out from the beginning Now we all have to live with it"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." The middle part or the Refi part? The fuckers got scared, they knew they had fucked up and fucked up bad. As soon as they say the other banks have to pay out just a little their little white asses froze up. And it was the worst kind of freeze up. It's the kind that holds people hostage. I am now held hostage by my bank. And though there does exist mechanisms by which we can come to an agreement they have decided that they don't want to play and wish to hold me hostage. Yeah and who the fuck has $100k liquid to walk away from one bank? What they have done is force a good number of folks into a hostage situation with a ransom no one can meet. rushmc 23 #21 February 17, 2012 I still dont get it? what did they (that banks) do wrong? I have known that eveytime I go for a loan it is all up the the pieces falling and being in place The valuation showed the banks that giving you money for a house at teh value you needed would put them upside down It that good business? You got caught by bad timing and maybe (only you know for sure) bad choices I can beleive you think any bank has the obligation to bail you out"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." shah269 0 #22 February 17, 2012 QuoteI still dont get it? what did they (that banks) do wrong? Rush What they did wrong is simple, we were on the path to a refinance. Right now my loan is at an amazing 7%. I had paid all that they asked for so that I could qualify for a refy under the new HARP program. Then all of a sudden my bank as well as many others as of 2-1-2112 stopped all progress to Refinancing. They got freaked out and knew that they were in the wrong so ..... on one hand I don't blame them on the other....well I'm out almost $1k in appraisal fees and legal fees.... The refi would have either given me an extra $400 a month in my pocket or I could have thrown that money into the system and paid off the place 5 y ears faster. I like many others are not looking for a bail out, yeah I fucked up by getting married and putting another's life ahead of mine. I'm asking for a square deal. And when I called up and asked what about the money I had spent on the appraisal and the legal fees....i was simply told..."We are sorry about it, it's just bad timing." If I was a banker in the mortgage industry I would not walk into many bars and proudly declare it. I may just be pissed off and venting....hey at least I can afford my current payments....but there are others out there who are in much worse shape than I and may want express their emotional discontent.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. DougH 270 #23 February 17, 2012 QuoteI just want to pay my loan at a new rate bring my outstanding balance to the new value and life my life.... Tough shit. If that isn't the perfect example of some one looking for a bail out I don't know what is. You knew the rules, you took the risk, you would have had no problem reaping the rewards if you got out before the bubble burst, but you didn't so now you get to deal with the terms you agreed to. If you had sold the condo to some other poor sucker for another 50K than you bought it for would you be returning the difference between the sales price and the current market value. I don't think so! You would be laughing it all the way to the evil bank. So why the hell should the bank just forgive the money that you borrowed through your own free will. You aren't helping any CEO buy a jet, you are living by the terms that you agreed to when these people gave you a mortgage. Nothing more nothing less. You came to them to borrow money, they owe you ZERO, NOTHING, ZILCH. They don't have to refinance you, it may be a smart business choice, but that is their choice to make. Pay the loan, default on the loan, but stop crying about having to live by your own agreement. It is a joke."The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P
DougH 270 #24 February 17, 2012 QuoteYou got caught by bad timing and maybe (only you know for sure) bad choices I can beleive you think any bank has the obligation to bail you out By his own admission it wasn't only bad timing that has contributed to his underwater situation. He took out an exotic non conventional loan structure that required zero down. He then took the cash that could have been used to fund an actual down payment and put it into renovations, etc."The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P
shah269 0 #25 February 17, 2012 Yeah I guess it is what it is....as I've heard it more times than I can count in the support groups.... Being held hostage, pass me the pills. And before you kick a brother when he's down two things. One I did pay for my appraisal and various legal fees before the bank who was in agreement that the refi was a good idea pulled out. And two, there is an old Persian saying "Don't look down on those who's are in hell for you yourself are but one misstep away from being right next to them." And with that....it's not worth it...venting being pissed off...eating one's self from the inside out....i think I'll sit outside and have my lunch. Yeah I may be held hostage by an intuition who's ransom I can't pay.
