From Matthew 5:45

"He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust."
Look for the shiny things of God revealed by the Holy Spirit. They only last for an instant but it is a Holy Instant. Let your soul absorb them.

I’m reminded of the following joke:

Jesus is playing a round of golf and after whacking the ball into the water after a ridiculously long drive, is seen by the following foursome walking on top of the water to get his ball. One member of the foursome remarks to the other, “Who does he think he is, Jesus Christ?”

“No” the other says, “He IS Jesus Christ; he thinks he’s Arnold Palmer!”

I think it is funny as hell that Tebow can get under the skin of people like you:D

I would say the same to someone who let you get under their skin to:)
Why? Cause it is funny to watch you and Tebow practice and argue for your respective religions and expect to make a difference

That is all

"America will never be destroyed from the outside,
if we falter and lose our freedoms,
it will be because we destroyed ourselves."

1) I am a fan of the Denver Broncos (so I am not happy today).

and

2) I think Tebow would be a better Rugby player than a NFL football quarterback.

3) I am agnostic, definitely not a fundy

however ...

Since when in football was the quarterback 100% responsible for the outcome of the game? I didn't know Tebow was also playing on defense. In case you missed the game while you were too busy looking for ways to show the world how much hate exists in your mind, Tom Brady and the New England offense was near perfect in the first half of last nights game. Denver did not lose the game solely because of Tim Tebow. Denver lost the game because New England was a lot better football team on both sides of the ball.

It's the media that has whipped up this Tebow mania hype. Simply amazing how people allow the media to influence them. Next thing you know the masses will be thinking that some junior senator from Illinois will be the Messiah Superhero Savior of the Universe all because the media told them so. Ooops too late.

Football in general is over-hyped.

Football is a team game. You could have the best QB in the history of the game on your team and he will still look like a goat if the offensive line is not getting the job done, the receivers are not getting open and if there is no running game to take the pressure off of the passer. On top of that, the best QB in the history of the game can do nothing when the other team's offense is on the field shredding your defense play after play.

Throw in the fact that Tebow is only a 2nd year QB in the league and no where near the best and nobody should be surprised that the better team (New England) won last night.

Ya' got me! It appears, the media found something to blow out of proportion. Nothing new there.

Next year I'm going to start a Tebow Bible Verse league to take Tebows 316 yard performance and its "Must mean John 3:16" conclusion a but further. At any point one can take a stat and use it for commentary.

For example, at a point yesterday Tebow was 3/11 passing. John 3:11 says, "I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.". So it supports me, "I've told everyone all along that he sucks but those people wouldbt believe me.

I've already copyrighted the idea.

Yep! He inherited a team that had lost it's will and direction and was beginning to lose it's fans. Starting at midseason at 1-4 he helped take the team to the 2nd round of the playoffs and set a few records along the way. ...and revived pride in the Broncos and their fans. Tebow & company had themselves a pretty good season.

(I really think that the hatred does not stem from his faith. Everyone knows it's really because he's a Gator! The haters are just using his faith so they don't sound so ridiculous in their incessant caterwauling. :D)

psssst! ...I think Drew Brees lost yesterday, too. And he was supposed to win! :D:D

I thought he was on the side with the best artillery.
