Of course (just to keep things easy and avoid discussions about interpretation ) I split Christians in two groups: True Christian TM, who are cover2cover believers, and heretics. What a True Christian TM exactly isn't that easy to establish due to conflicting texts in the bible, but I reckon they're a lot like the fictive Landover Babtist Church crowd. A few years ago ( 2004 - 2005 ) I was travelling and basejumping in Europe, only to meet a very well known and quite eccentric " UTAH " based jumper....He was without a doubt one of the biggest animals I have EVER partied with, and was constantly recounting stories of hedonism beyond hedonism... While twitching like a reformed coke addict, and ranting over multiple beers, my now late partner in crime Paul whipped out his camera and announced he wanted a souvenir shot... well, all of a sudden the " UTAH " jumper " jumped " under the table and announced : " PUT THE CAMERA AWAY !!!! " We were at a loss... He later explained that if he was even IN A PHOTO containing a picture of someone ELSE drinking a beer ( let alone him ) he would be excommunicated from his imaginary friend club in Utah. Many Christians claim it is that way to dodge questions about the questionable texts in the bible. I reckon they've also trouble to reconcile those texts with their idea of a good and loving god.
