I wish I knew Russian. I am assuming (of course I could be wrong) that she was giving Obama the bird because of Obama's decision to expand America's military presence in the region by opening up a permanent naval base in Australia (I wonder if he will win another Nobel Peace Prize for this) or maybe she was pissed at Obummer for some other reason.

I was able to forward this video to a friend who speaks some Russian. My friend says the commentary is short on details because it cuts away, but it appears that the TV commentator is flipping Obama the bird because of a military base ... which goes back to what I originally speculated on ... Obama's plans to create a permanent US naval base in Australia. I was under the assumption this new naval base was more to counteract the Chinese influence in the area. But the Russians do have a presence in the Pacific.
