This is an interesting case. Firstly I think that the guy doing his training is in the right, BUT I also think whoever called him in to the police was right to do so.

Where is the balance on reporting suspicious activity and peoples freedom.

What would your response be if you saw the same thing? I would have called it in.
Experienced jumper - someone who has made mistakes more often than I have and lived.
