No one forced you to buy a house that cost more than you thought it was worth. YOU decided the house was 'priced right'. Then YOU bought it.

NOW they get ripped off!?!?!?!? it appears he was speculation - buying a condo with 100% financing in "old lady land" with the expectation he could quickly leverage the gains to buy somewhere else. Of course that sort of speculation was completely unrelated to the resulting crash...

I'm sorry but I under bid on the house. They wanted $325k and I made an offero f $300k which at the time was the appraised value of the home. I had $40k cash so thus why wen went for the 80/20. Took the money and renovated and updated.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. Had you had the foresight to sell it quickly you would have pocketed the cash and walked away smiling.

You want your vapor ware bubblematic house value back??? Guess what, it wasn't real!!! It was an inflated price that was driven up by people like you who probably shouldn't have been in the housing market to begin with, as evidenced by the 80/20 100% no money down financing that you used to buy your condo. I bought my current house a year and a half ago, and it has went down in value during that time period, partly because of foreclosures brought on by people like you who just walked away from their bad financial choices! Where is my TARP Shah? Shouldn't I be entitled for a dollar for dollar refund in my houses decrease in value. The american way, all of the upside and none of the downside!"The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

I just checked the blue book value and now it's worth like $4000! Someone owes me $14,000! The people at Honda are all just a bunch of crooks - they made all this money while my car DECLINED in value! And I just had to replace the tires. Again. Why the hell isn't Toyota being sued out of existence for me having to spend MY HARD EARNED MONEY to replace their defective shitty tires? They got $18,000 of my money for screwing up the tires! Why isn't anybody giving hardworking, bill-paying victims like me $18,000? And don't even get me started on those fat cows who work in the Honda dealership, who think their God's gift to men just because they're the only women there . . .
