If they're going to ignore the Iowa straw poll, which was a true vote, then they'll surely disregard this one.
kelpdiver 2 #3 September 9, 2011 the fact that Newt was second is perhaps all that needs to be said.

kelpdiver 2 #5 September 10, 2011 Quote Ron Paul won every GOP debate poll that i saw on line . Face it Ron Paul is gaining momentum. "on line" Ron Paul supporters are quick to vote, and not burdened by a fear of science, adept at using computers. But is he really gaining momentum in any one else's mind? PhreeZone 20 #6 September 10, 2011 This is the link for the debate last month in Iowa, not the one from this week. Perry is missing from this one. Keeping voting open for almost a month after a debate just allows for results tampering. I like Ron Paul but this is another example of internet poll inflation since there are no filters to keep one vote per person if you know how to flush the cookie or to script votes to be submitted.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

The question after the latest Republican presidential debate is why Ron Paul keeps winning them. MSNBC has been widening the margin by which its own survey is showing that the congressman from Texas did the best job; it’s now up to 57%. One can imagine there might be non-substantive explanations; Dr. Paul, say, has so many followers on the Web, who may be primed to respond to these polls. Our guess, though, is that more than the other candidates Ron Paul gives the impression that he is animated by a clear and coherent set of principles in which he deeply believes. His sense of principle is his source of power, his secret weapon.
quade 4 #8 September 10, 2011 QuoteThe question after the latest Republican presidential debate is why Ron Paul keeps winning them. You have to remember that just a few short years ago, Ron Paul was considered to be too radical to win the GOP nomination. NOW he's considered to be the traditional conservative, yet his message hasn't changed all that much . . . it's just by comparison absolute batshit crazy people have taken over the stage.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

Andy9o8 2 #10 September 12, 2011 QuoteRon Paul is ...... Completely invisible. It's all about Perry, with a little bit o' Romney tossed into the mix. Even Fox News (both TV and web) seems to be ignoring Paul. But frankly it seems he's never mentioned in any of the various news outlets' stories, whether broadcast or print. Even the day after the debate, I saw snippets of Perry and Romney being played, but none of Paul. The latest Fox News poll is pretty grim for Paul, too: http://www.foxnews.com/interactive/politics/2011/09/01/perry-overtakes-romney-as-top-gop-2012-pick-most-say-palin-should-stay-out-race/

You've cited an incident about FoxNews which, come on, let's face it IS Republican controlled. She referenced the said company 'donating' $5,000.00 to Perry's campaign fund. Perry responded with; "Do ypou really think I can be bought for $5,000.00?" Which begs the question... 'What is your price, Mr. Governor?" Chuck
