Hood because of the previous attack there allegedly carried out by Hasan, according to law enforcement documents obtained by ABC News. He allegedly did not plan to attack the base itself, but instead planned to plant a bomb at a nearby restaurant popular with Ft. Hood personnel. I wonder if he went up to the store and asked for gunpowder, only to be asked for exactly what he wanted (ball, flake, cylindrical, and what spec, or actual blackpowder). I can imagine him not knowing what he didn't know and the clerk realizing that he was not the typical reloading customer, probably didn't want any other reloading supplies. Hopefully future IED makers will not learn from his stupidity.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired.
