sundevil777 102 #1 July 22, 2011 Congress' answer to everything! http://spenditol.com/ Good satire, right on point. It does seem that the dems, if they had their way, would just keep spending, increasing the debt limit without accepting that the government is spending too much. They've been reluctantly dragged into saying that spending cuts are required.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

Uh, yes . . . because that's exclusively been a problem with the Democrats. No Republicans have ever increased government spending. Certainly not in the last 10 years. quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

Remind me again... from 2001 to 2007 who was in control of the House.. the Presidency and the Supreme Court when all of this spiraled out of control??? Agreed. So would the Republicans. Which is how we got into this mess to begin with.

Uh, yes . . . because that's exclusively been a problem with the Democrats. No Republicans have ever increased government spending. Certainly not in the last 10 years. The spending spree has greatly accelerated under the dems lately. The repubs want to turn it around, turn around what indeed they have contributed (in part) to, and have made detailed proposals that have gotten a lot of support within their party. The president just says he's open to the idea reducing spending, without any specifics except maybe defense cuts. Both parties have spent too much, but there is a huge difference between them now.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. Thank god there are still some that understand that both the democrats AND republicans got us to where we are today. Both parties failed and both parties have to compromise to resolve this.__ My mighty steed
