Yep. Generally, obstruction and assault on an officer will result in your arrest. Resisting that arrest generally leads to officers using force against said obstructor/assaulter/resistor/suspect. Any questions? or can we get back on topic?

I see you still do not really belive in that whole silly constitution thing... well except for the 2nd amendment.. All those others do not really seem to matter at all to you.

It is simple, an officer of the law does not have the right to personal vengeance as payback.. its obvious you and Divet et al seem to beleive they do. MMMMM I guess you guys like TRICKLE and some police state action... its the "conservative" way.

Such a law, being a state law, would probably have no legal effect on TSA procedures. The general legal principle is that federal law preempts state law, and therefore state laws cannot preempt procedures authorized by federal law.

Put another way, an individual state cannot make TSA crotch-groping illegal. That can be done only by federal law passed by Congress, or by federal courts saying it violates federal law or the US Constitution.
