Israel: "That's ok; we've already imposed one, and we're already busy enforcing it." My apologies - I thought that might be what you meant. Perhaps a or a may have helped to distinguish between humor, "No-Fly" against domestic aircraft, and Iron Dome, which recently came on line and was used for the first time just the other day. The interesting thing about Iron Dome is that the fire-control computers will ignore a Pal missile if it's heading for an unoccupied area.
