Since there are over a billion people who have the authority (mandate) to carry out such an "honor killing" I'm sure that there are more than just a few who really don't give a red rat's ass about PR. Even a fraction of a percent is still a lot of willing people. Just my opinion, of course ...no numbers to back that up.
