Ok so if the dollar amount is incorrect the vandals are forgiven? I bet that works for unions but How about the tea party memebers?"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." It has been documented already how the properties are left after tea party rallies. Clean and nice The left rallies show them to be slobs and worse"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." I support the protestors. Having said that, if they did create damage or dirt, it's only reasonable, as a part of responsible citizenship on their part, that they pitch in and help with clean-up and repairs. I seem to recall that in the first couple of days after Mubarak was deposed in Egypt, the citizen-protestors engaged in mass clean-ups and repairs of all the mess and debris left over from the protests. That's responsible citizenship.

airdvr 210 #10 March 10, 2011 Quote Jim Durham, president of Quarra Stone in Madison, said because of the historical nature of the Capitol and its age, household cleaners won’t take care of stains and residue. His company has done work on the Capitol in the past. “It's going to soak up hand prints and oil from your skin,” Durhan said, of the stone and marble. “It's going to soak up the adhesives of the tape.” Maintenance crews are already starting to experiment with various cleaners they already have. Because of the historic nature of the building, workers said that a more delicate approach might be necessary. "It's fair to say that tremendous damage could be done to that building," Durham said. I know 14 guys that might be looking for some side jobs soon...Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

mr2mk1g 10 #17 March 11, 2011 Lol, I just watched the video giving the $7.5 mil claim. The wording used is "It could very easily be 7.5 million, if there is damage that has occured that we are unaware of". Of course there could be 7.5 mil of damage... if there's damage YOU ARE UNAWARE OF. There might be millions of $$ worth of damage to my local civic buildings... that I'm UNAWARE of. What an utterly meaningless comment. It could very easily be that I am dying, if there is a cancer that has occured that we are unaware of. It could very easily be that my car is on fire, if there is ignition that has occured that we are unaware of. My girlfriend could very easily be unfaithful, if there is sleeping round that has occured that we are unaware of.
