chutem 0 #3 March 8, 2011 1st I have no agenda and am generally right leaning. 2nd He claimed legislative immunity to avoid arrest and then later laid out the waive immunity statement after it went public. If it was you or I we would have been arrested. As usual the politicians see themselves as above the law. (and it appears in many cases truly are) I didn't think you were ok with this.
