And, even if I don't want a gun, but can't afford a GPS - I wonder if the government would pay for the GPS under the new gun tracking rule. That way, if I want a cheap (FREE!!) GPS, I could take an old gun in. And I could take it into any building I wanted to - if they point to the sign "NO Guns Permitted in this Building" - I could just claim I don't want to get lost. ... If you walked into a police station and said "so I was at the location of the murder, and I fired my gun near the victim at the same time his death occurred - but it wasn't me" they might ask you a few questions about it, no?
