Just over 40% of the college students now a days are men. Women out number the men in college graduates by approximately 2 million a year. According to the article, unless it's janitorial or computer engineering (I'm guessing that means video games) women are getting ready to take over the work force. Women are going to school and getting educated while men are getting left behind. When the market picks up, all the qualified candidates for the high paying jobs that require more than a high school education will be ran by women. I'm not saying it's good or bad, but it's just another social shift in our society that is coming. To bad I wasn't born about 15 years later.
