I've the basics covered, food, water, security, healthcare, comms but building a strong and prepared community is the most effective way of securing your own security. That is the most time consuming and difficult aspect but pays the biggest dividends in the long run. When the lights go out is not the time to start getting to know your neighbours and hope that they've taken some basic precautions. .... ..................................................................... Agreed!
