you seem to be implying that I think there was no impact. Clearly I noted that damage was localized. I did not imply there was none.

I read that a long time ago.... great book. Around the same time I also read numerous books on business & negotiation, one of them was 'How to Out Negotiate Anyone'... which was also pretty good and discussed many of the same concepts from Dale Carnegie's book. Another one I read was written by a real-estate investor that went by the nick-name "the Turtle" it was also one of the best business oriented books I've read, wish I could remember the name of it but it's escaping me right now. Lee Iaccoca's auto biography is also a great read.
