Super sexy Russian spy Anna Chapman added a little flair to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's sinister political party Wednesday by joining its youth wing.

"Let's dream about the boldest things," the flame-haired Chapman, clad in a fire engine red dress said at a Moscow news conference. "Let's start changing the country by changing ourselves first.

Rather than disappear into obscurity since being busted with nine other spies in the US this summer, Chapman has embraced a highly public persona and adoring fan base.

The smoking hot secret agent will grace the pages of Playboy in January, albeit in pictures snapped years ago by her ex-hubby rather than the usual glossy spread.

Chapman, 28, recently stripped to her underwear for a Russian men's magazine. In the fall she appeared at the launch of a spacecraft at the Russian Cosmodrome.

She also has become the public face of a Russian bank that finances the space industry.

Chapman was mum about her duties for the Young Guard's of Putin's United Russia party, but rattled off a series of pleasantries instead.
