This is a tricky one. It may be within his 1st amendment rights to write and sell the book...but damn! They should have just staked him out and waited till they found him trying to rape some little kid and then arrested him for that.

Luke Lirot, a prominent 1st Amendment attorney from Clearwater FL, stated on the radio this morning that he believes prosecuting Greaves will be difficult.
