My wife kept her last name, she worked hard to get deplomas in that name, and we agreed she keep it, BUt,,,,you could be right, I'll check and see if she needs to get laid...

Seriously though, the last name thing is really not an issue..the obvious fact those guys are gay , I think is the factor that made this an issue of any kind...JMO....nothing more...

Suicide rates do not go up during the holidays. That is a myth. Most depressed people talk themselves through the holidays by blaming their depression on the holidays.

I agree, however, that not everyone wants to be cheerful. These administrators seem to be among them and want others to do likewise.

The response that there is some secret part of the story that justifies the administration's actions is just bs. If there is just cause - state it. I really hate when people make an argument based on a secret they can not reveal. I lose all respect for those people.

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

I believe a "Candy Cane Registry" will solve the problem. Once everyone registers their candy canes, the authorities will know who wants to use their candy canes as tasty treats and who plans on using them as the malicious weapons that we all know that they are. Besides, think of all the tax payer funded unionized civil servant jobs we can create for the massive "Candy Cane Registry" bureaucracy. It is a win-win for the socially engineered, straight jacket, 100% government controlled, nanny state society we all dream about.
