New Nazi's?

Recommended Posts

I saw a thread yesterday. Cant find it now.

Someone was talking about the relationship between Nazi's and Muslims countries. Here is a a link that really shows some of the symbolism that is being shared by the Nazi's and Muslim's that want to get rid of Israel.

Makes ya think a little doesnt it?

it makes me think that not all Muslims are Palestinians

Never said all Muslims.

It is a fact that certain countries over there were affiliated with the Nazi party. Not just Palestinians. The Bath Party was also affiliated with the Nazi's. Saddam Hussien was heavily influenced by the Nazi's through the Bath Party.

Yep. And at tea party rallies, people talk about how the Obama presidency is like the Nazi party. During the Bush presidency, lots of people compared Bush to Hitler.

Did either of those really make you think?

So? Joe Kennedy wanted Hitler to win the war, but it doesn't mean all democrats keep a copy of Mein Kampf handy.

And he was about as secular a dictator as you could find in the middle east.

More secular than Ayatollah Ali Khamenei or Ahmadinejad?

I am familiar with what secular means - My point was that he WAS very Non Secular. Perhaps I should have phrased the irony better.

So in other words you were agreeing with Andy, right? Why not just say so?

I'm not allowed to admit that I agree with Andy - it's in the rules.

The Catholic church collaborated with the Nazi's. Whats you point?

They did not collaborate with the Nazis, they funded them as part of a deal to ensure the survival of the Vatican. However badly the Nazis and Fascists (two entirely different political groups) may have sucked, the Communists were (and are) worse.

Having created a system of mythology based on a dead Jew, the Vatican was fine with dead Jews.

This, of course, is not much of a problem if you are not Jewish...
