And at tea party rallies, people talk about how the Obama presidency is like the Nazi party. During the Bush presidency, lots of people compared Bush to Hitler. They did not collaborate with the Nazis, they funded them as part of a deal to ensure the survival of the Vatican. However badly the Nazis and Fascists (two entirely different political groups) may have sucked, the Communists were (and are) worse. Having created a system of mythology based on a dead Jew, the Vatican was fine with dead Jews. This, of course, is not much of a problem if you are not Jewish...
