As is ALWAYS the case, the burden of proof is on the person making the claim, not the other way around. In the article, the burden of proof rests with the author, not those people that would disagree with it.

Make no mistake about it, if the Chinese fired a missile from a submarine close off the coast of Los Angeles without announcing it as a show of force exercise, it would be a huge risk for the Chinese government. Nearly an act of war and certainly something that could spark a thermonuclear one by accident. This is exactly why nuclear countries don't do such things without announcing them.

Is that really the kind of thing you are suggesting?

Think carefully before answering because your credibility really does rest on it.

No, that's not how it works. You are trying to use the article as support for your tin-foil hat missile nonsense - it is up to you to show us why we should believe a single word of what is printed in it. Why should we believe that any asian intelligence services are actually saying what the author claims they are saying? Where did he get the info from? Where's the accountability?

So far, there is simply no reason to believe that he hasn't just made the whole thing up: which he has!
