Make no mistake, atheists know WHO you're talking about, they just want proof before changing the light bulb.

Unfortumately, there is no light to read the instructions.

but fear not...there are those with a flashlight.

Actually, they don't have a flashlight, they just BELIEVE that they can see in the dark and have FAITH that they are walking in the right direction. If they walk into a wall they just turn in another direction and say it was God's will that they get a black eye.

Steve Martin: Atheists Don't Have No Songs

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADNesm6F27U

Lighten up and have a good day now ya'll. :);)

+1, since faith is not an option maybe they can write songs about hope. I hope I'm right, I hope I'm right.

Nope, that's your song again.

See, I don't think there are any big angry dudes up there, so I've got nothing to worry about - but since you think there is a big angry dude, you'd better hope he's your big angry dude!;)
Do you want to have an ideagasm?

How many Southern Baptist does it take to change a light bulb?

A: One hundred and nine.

One hundred and ten. You forgot the parishioner who argued that the light bulb should stay, in memory of her mother who donated it.

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

Do you treat others perfectly?

The question here is - Do YOU? If not - then you are a hypocrite for trying to judge him and cause others to judge him by your remarks and inuendos.

Would you have him question your faith as you question and demean his non faith?

Is that how you want to be treated?

I can't believe so many people have missed the obvious joke.
Q - How many atheists does it take to change a light bulb?
A - Can you prove it's out?

Better yet:
Q - How many atheists does it take to change a light bulb?
A - What light?

Our different punchlines point out different understandings of what it means to be an atheist.

Make no mistake, atheists know WHO you're talking about, they just want proof before changing the light bulb.

That would be an Agnostic:ph34r:

Pure atheism does not leave any room for "What If?" scenarios. They are as certain as the faithful are, that there is no higher power or whatever you want to call it.

So - I guess that makes you Agnoistic.:D

But no one tlaks about the Pastor that sabatoged the light so that the deacons wife and he could have some private conferences.

Not at all.

You look down on him because he has no belief in God.
The way you speak to him is as an underling and not an equalk because of the same reason.

Why is that?

Do you consider yourself better than him because you believe in somethinghe does not?

No, please don't take it that way.

I like skyrider and he knows it.

My questions where not meant to be taken as smart ass remarks or rhetorical...I was trying to do an experiment, and you ruined it...:D

Now I'm starting to get offended...you should know better than that...

But sorry if I confused you about my initial intent, it's understandable.

Got another one for ya'll
Q: What did the Lord say to David Koresh (Brabch Davidian) when he
got to heaven?

A: WELL DONE!

The rabbi mobile - Turn on a dime - Stopps on a dime - Picks the dime up . . .

Not at all. I know the names of a number of comic book characters. If somebody told me he knew the "real" Superman, I could easily know who he was talking about and still require proof before believing him.

Christopher Reeve is dead.

But I guess he could have known him, hypothetically.
