matthewcline 0 #28 November 25, 2010 I saw the irony, I also saw his point. I recently got to sit down and interview Col. Jack Jacobs, MOH in Viet Nam. He has a humble attitude as well and he stated he got his medal for taking lives as he saved others. I have had the distinct Honor to talk to several MOH recipients, too a man they all say the award is for those who could not stand up there and receive it. Just like SSG Giunta.
