Where is the righteous indignation coming from all the mosques in the UK? Where is the outrage from all the mosques and Imams in the US, or the rest of the world? All I hear is silence. I have broached the subject with Muslim aquaintances that I have, a few Muslim friends, and two neighbors. And it was, as Skyrider says, danced around. Coreece 190 #47 November 15, 2010 Quote"Religion of Peace". Matthew 10:34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." This basically means that there is gonna be a boatload of animosity between those who believe and those who do not. Peace will only come once evil inevitably and practically destroys itself, parodoxically through the will and vengeance of God. ...btw, this is more philiosphical than biblical, though I believe a biblical case can be made for such a position.Your secrets are the true reflection of who you really are... Skyrad 0 #48 November 15, 2010 Quote Next question - If the media is so set against reporting the outrage, are they the biggest part of the problem? They are defiantly a problem, not only on this issue either. The media hysteria generated prior to the Gulf war when they were shouting about deployable chemical weapons in under 45 mins that could attack the west was a real driver towards the mess that was the Iraq war also. Last week in London 55,000 students and lecturers protested against educational cuts, around 200 went ape and smashed up the Conservative party HQ yet the cameras and the media only showed that and barely mentioned the tens of thousands of protesters that peacefully protested. The main news organs do not present a balanced view of the news anymore (if they ever did) and whip up self serving hysteria instead. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy.
