RonD1120 62 #3 November 4, 2010 The Heritage Foundation publishes a convenient pocket copy of The Declaration of Independence --- The Constitution of the United States. I picked up one at family restaurant in Bushnell FL following a PGR mission. Everyone should obtain a copy. It will be a handy reference when evaluating our new leaders.Look for the shiny things of God revealed by the Holy Spirit. They only last for an instant but it is a Holy Instant. Let your soul absorb them.

Indeed, our very own Skyrider referred to that part of the Constitution as a "loophole." Now there's respect for you!

I have no problem with people working to repeal an amendment (practically speaking, this means to pass a new amendment that says the old one is no longer in force). That is respecting the constitutional amendment process that is written into the document itself. What I don't respect is those that totally ignore what the constitution says and try to do their own thing anyway.

Is it not obvious yet that the constitution only applies to SOME Americans, those that spout and support only conservative values. No other point of view need apply. The woman who was assaulted by that oh so manly conservative Ron Paul supporter does not deserve to be protected by a constitution that was only written to protect a a God fearing conservative Country not the so called liberals that skip and his fellow travellers like Michelle Bachman feel are anti american and who they hate so much.
