If people in North America/Europe want to survive in this ever changing global economy, they are going to have to become more entrepreneurial. Contrary to what some people think, gone are the days where you leave school and get a job for life with a big fat juicy pension (that is unless of course you win the lottery and land yourself a government job ... yikes). Anyway if people want to keep their heads above water in this ever changing world, they are going to have to start taking responsibility for their own futures and start creating income for themselves if they have issues finding jobs. The average Joe on the street is going to have to become more entrepreneurial. Whoever told people that life would be easy was clearly lying to them.
