turtlespeed 226 #1 September 7, 2010 . . . or is it just the mosque and it's attendees that you support because they need a place of worship, regardless of how much turmoil they cause?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
wmw999 2,589 #2 September 7, 2010 From what I've read (by no means exhaustive), I support Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, at least in his attempts to bring greater understanding among the Muslim and non-Muslim communities. If he does other things that I don't approve of, then I don't approve of those. Approving of one facet of someone doesn't mean that they get a pass on everything. Otherwise -- I think you like me OK. Does that mean that you support all my opinions? Or just my right to have and express them? Wendy P. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

I do like you Ok - I don't agree with your opinions, and regardless, I would still put you on my resume as a contact. Would you say the same for the Imam?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

wmw999 2,589 #5 September 7, 2010 Well, I don't know him. But frankly, I don't think I'd avoid mentioning that I knew him if I did. billvon 3,120 #9 September 7, 2010 I don't support or oppose either one. I do support the right of people to buy property that they can afford and that meets zoning laws - even if that pisses off religious extremists.
